A leading Cost Consultancy is seeking to appoint an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor in their busy London Education team. You will work from their West End London office working for clients such Local Education Authorities and public and private colleges of Further Education.
You ideally have the following attributes * qualifications:
- Over five years experience as a Quantity Surveyor * Cost Manager
- Hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying or related degree * diploma
- Have a professional membership; MRICS, MCIOB, MACostE, MinstCES
- Be capable of managing Education schemes from £20m and above
- Have good quality project experience in the Education sector including possibly (but not essential) experience of PFI
- Experience of Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors * Cost Managers
- Willingness to partake in business development of existing and new clients
The company has already established a significant national presence in the Education sector, including establishing membership of
They are offering a very competitive package: a Basic of £50-60,000, Car * Allowance (£5,000), Pension (Money Purchase : but good level of contribution), Private Healthcare, and a very good bonus scheme
